Flexi Glue Ultra
High-tack adhesive for acoustic panels
A 290 ml mounting adhesive for Vicoustic acoustic solutions, including polyurethane foam and EPS products. Select the application pattern and quantity for the panel being installed.
Prepare the panel and the surface
Bonding surfaces must be dry, clean and free from dust and grease. Apply with a cartridge gun, keeping the adhesive line 4–5 cm from the panel edges. Position the panel within 10 minutes and press firmly against the surface for 15 seconds.
Follow the installation manual for the particular panel and substrate. Initial grab does not remove the need to assess the strength of the supporting surface.
Allow for the installation position
The manufacturer’s quantities are listed per box of panels in the Specifications tab. AVshop treats these quantities as guidance for wall installation. For Multifuser DC3 panels on a ceiling, AVshop recommends twice the listed quantity: two cartridges per four panels.
The amount used also depends on the nozzle opening and application technique. Vicoustic recommends keeping an additional cartridge available beyond the calculated estimate.
Storage before use
Store dry at 10–25 °C, away from damp conditions, direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid prolonged storage outside this temperature range.
